Temperature: 29°F
Dew Point: 9°F
Wind: W 13 mph
Clouds: Clear

The Jet stream remains in the northern section of the US and pushing up through the NE. Additionally, there is a dip over the Great Lakes where cooler temperatures are prominent.

There is a a long cold front to the east carrying the rest of last nights precipitation. Additionally, a low pressure system is over the NE, where there is still a potential for snow in that region. A high pressure system has moved in over most of the US. This has brought clear skies for most of Wednesday and gradually falling temperatures until the weekend. The low pressure system that is following the stationary front over the Rockies is most likely going to create a second wave of snow.

Over the ocean, there is a cycle in the jet stream that is rounding up more precipitation. It is already moving closer to the west coast. If the jet stream remains in the northern section of the US, it can be predicted that a northwesterly storm may hit the Midwest one more time before we can declare it spring.
