In the month of February temperatures were fairly consistent (Figure 1). The average high was about 25°F and the average low was approximately 10°F, according to Weather Underground.

In terms of snow totals, the entire month got 13.2" inches of snow from 11 days. The amounts ranged from 0.1"-3.6". So far for the season (October to February), there has been a total of 39" of snow in Eau Claire, WI. (Source: http://www.weau.com).
