Wind: WSW 4 mph
On the eve of February 5th, after a full day of clouds the sky is clear. Temperature reached below at certain points of the day (or at least it felt like it).

The wind patterns over the Midwest include the jet stream moving across north-central Wisconsin. Based on this map, I predict that conditions for tomorrow will include similar temperatures and minimal cloud cover (Clear-Partly Cloudy).
